LifeLoop names CEO

Senior living solutions provider LifeLoop has named Rob Fisher as its chief executive officer on April 15.

In his role, Fisher will be responsible for accelerating the company’s strategic initiatives and growth plans, according to a press release.

Fisher brings more than two decades of experience to the position, with the past 13 years being at Curaspan, where he held multiple leadership roles. 

The United Group of Companies promotes two C-suite roles

The United Group of Companies, Inc. announced the promotion of Jeff Smetana and Michael DiGiacomo to C-suite roles within the company.

Smetana has been promoted to chief development officer, and in his new role he will oversee operations within the development department as well facilitate future growth opportunities. He has been with the company for 15 years, and previously served as the executive vice president of development.

DiGiacomo has been promoted to chief operating officer, where he will grow the management company and be responsible for all phases of operations. He has been with the company for 14 years, and most recently served as the vice president of operations.

Spring Arbor Senior Living promotes director of operations

Spring Arbor Senior Living has announced the promotion of Jennifer Earp to director of operations for the company.

According to a press release, Earp will support the Spring Arbor assisted living communities in Maryland with operational leadership in her role. Additionally, she will also be involved in resident engagement, quality assurance, vendor and supplier relations, mergers/dispositions and other special projects that drive innovation and improvement within the senior living communities.

Earp has been with Spring Arbor for the past three years, most recently serving as the executive director of Spring Arbor of Cary. She has been working within the senior living industry since 2008 and “has extensive experience within the industry.”

Orchard Digital Marketing welcomes director of client partnerships and strategy

Orchard Digital Marketing has appointed Bryan Reynolds as its director of client partnerships and strategy.

Reynolds brings extensive experience in senior living marketing, according to a press release, and with his most recent role being vice president of marketing at Episcopal Retirement Services, where he had worked for 11 years.

In his role, Reynolds will partner in guiding clients towards dynamic, integrated marketing strategies and spearhead the optimization of the company’s CRM, the press release states.
